본 발명은 DAPG (2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol) 가수분해효소 유전자( phlG )의 형질전환 식물 선별 마커로서의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 phlG 유전자를 포함하는 형질전환 식물 선별용 마커, 상기 마커를 포함하는 재조합 식물 발현 벡터, 상기 벡터로 형질전환된 식물, 및 상기 벡터를 이용한 형질전환 식물 선별 방법 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전자 마커를 이용한 형질전환 식물 선별 시스템은, 기존의 항생제를 이용한 형질전환체 선별 시스템에 비하여 선별 과정에서 오염이 적고, DAPG 배지에서 비-형질전환체의 종자는 발아하지 않기 때문에 선별에 더 짧은 시간이 소모되며 손쉽게 이용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to the use of a 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG) hydrolase gene (phlG) as a marker for screening transgenic plants, and more particularly, to a marker comprising a phlG gene for screening transgenic plants, to a recombinant plant expression vector comprising the marker, to a plant having undergone transgenesis by means of the vector, and to a method for screening transgenic plants using the vector. Since less contamination occurs in a transgenic plant screening system that uses the marker of the present invention during the screening process than a transgenic screening system that uses conventional antibiotics, and also the seed of a non-transgenic is not germinated in a DAPG medium, the present invention provides the effects of less time consumed for screening and easy use.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un gène de 2,4-diacétylphloroglucinol (DAPG) hydrolase (phlG) comme marqueur pour le criblage de plantes transgéniques, et concerne plus particulièrement un marqueur comprenant un gène phlG pour le criblage de plantes transgéniques, un vecteur d'expression de plante recombinée comprenant le marqueur, une plante ayant subi une transgénèse au moyen du vecteur, et un procédé de criblage de plantes transgéniques à l'aide du vecteur. Puisqu'il se produit moins de contamination dans un système de criblage de plantes transgéniques qui utilise le marqueur de la présente invention au cours du processus de criblage, que dans un système de criblage transgénique qui utilise des antibiotiques classiques, et puisqu'en outre la graine d'une plante non transgénique ne germe pas dans un milieu contenant du DAPG, la présente invention a comme effets de permettre un criblage qui prend moins de temps et de faciliter l'utilisation.
