Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于超低功耗基准源的启动电路,相对于传统的基准源模块中的启动电路,本发明通过合理使用了一个负阈值NMOS管,巧妙解决了启动电路工作瞬间会产生一个较大的瞬态电流的弊端,使得该启动电路可以广泛的应用在一些对功耗要求极其严格的基准源模块中。
The invention discloses a start-up circuit used for an ultra-low power consumption reference source. Compared with a start-up circuit in a traditional reference source module, a negative-threshold NMOS transistor is reasonably used, so the defect that a large transient current is generated just at the moment the start-up circuit works is ingeniously overcome, and the start-up circuit can be widely used in some reference source modules with stringent power consumption requirements.
