Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯纤维及其制备方法,该氧化石墨烯纤维是以粘稠状的氧化石墨烯作为纺丝液,缺电子化合物的水溶液作为凝固液,通过湿法纺丝技术制备得到,其中氧化石墨烯片层上的大π键和缺电子基团形成π‑π堆积作用,氧化石墨烯纤维的片层间距离比氧化石墨烯片层间增大;制备方法是:先制备浓缩氧化石墨烯水分散液,再配制缺电子化合物水溶液,最后通过湿法纺丝技术制备得到氧化石墨烯纤维。本发明制备方法操作简单,绿色环保,成本低廉,并且可以快速大量生产,制备的氧化石墨烯纤维具有良好的抗拉强度和稳定性,产品可广泛的应用推广。
The invention discloses graphene oxide fibers and a preparation method thereof. The graphene oxide fibers are prepared by using sticky graphene oxide as the spinning solution and the aqueous solution of an electron-deficient compound as the solidification liquid through the wet spinning technology, wherein the large pi bonds on the graphene oxide sheet layers and electron-deficient groups form a pi-pi accumulation effect, and the distance between every two sheet layers of the graphene oxide fibers is larger than that between every two sheet layers of the graphene oxide. The preparation method includes: preparing concentrated graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, preparing the aqueous solution of the electron-deficient compound, and using the wet spinning technology to prepare the graphene oxide fibers. The preparation method has the advantages that the method is simple to operate, environmentally friendly, low in cost and capable of achieving fast and large-scale production, and the prepared graphene fibers are good in tensile strength and stability and capable of being widely applied and popularized.
