Abstract

The invention discloses an environmentally friendly automobile noise and heat insulation material and a processing method thereof. The environmentally friendly automobile noise and heat insulation material is prepared from, by weight, 50-70 parts of packing, 10-22 parts of DF740 elastomer, 2-7 parts of 100 # white oil and 0.1-0.5 part of an additive, wherein the packing is any proportion of mixture of one or two of barium sulfate and calcium carbonate, and the additive is TiO2, ZnO, CdS or WO3. The additive having a photocatalytic effect is added, the contents of aldehyde and benzene series in the environmentally friendly automobile noise and heat insulation material are effectively reduced, and the problem of high VOC content of automotive trims is solved.
本发明公开了一种环保型汽车隔音隔热材料及其加工方法,包括下述重量配比的原料,填料50‑70份,DF740弹性体10‑22份,100#白油2‑7份,助剂0.1‑0.5份,其中,所述的填料为硫酸钡、碳酸钙中的一种或两种任一比例的混合物,所述的助剂为TiO2、ZnO、CdS或WO3,本发明在原料中加入了具有光催化作用的助剂,有效地降低了环保型汽车隔音隔热材料中醛类和苯系物的含量,从而解决了汽车内饰VOC含量高的问题。
