Abstract

The invention creatively provides a modification method of a SAPO-34 molecular sieve. The method includes: conducting a first modification on a SAPO-34 molecular sieve raw powder in a first modifier; and conducting a second modification in a second modifier. The first modifier is a compound or mixture capable of ionizing phosphate (PO4<3->), and the second modifier is organic alkali or a mixture thereof. The invention can improve the anti-coking formation performance and catalytic properties of the SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst in a methanol-to-olefins reaction, and also has high yield and long service life, is beneficial to industrial amplification production, and has obvious economic applicability.
本发明创造提供一种改性SAPO‑34分子筛的方法,包括:将SAPO‑34分子筛原粉在一次改性剂中进行一次改性,然后在二次改性剂中进行二次改性的步骤;其中,所述一次改性剂为能够电离出磷酸根(PO43‑)的化合物或其混合物,所述二次改性剂为有机碱或其混合物。本发明创造能提高SAPO‑34分子筛催化剂在甲醇制烯烃反应中的抗积碳性能和催化性能,具有较高的收率和较长的使用寿命,有利于工业化放大生产,具有明显的经济适用性。
