A heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system for a hybrid powered motor vehicle comprising at least one heat engine (2), comprising a first cooling circuit (3) traversed by a heat transfer fluid and comprising a radiator (5) capable of cooling the heat transfer fluid by heat exchange with a flow of air to cool said engine (2), and a second heating circuit (4) traversed by the heat transfer fluid comprising a heat exchanger (7) disposed parallel to the radiator (5) and to the engine (2) and capable of heating the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle. The heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system comprises a heating and degassing device (10) traversed by the heat transfer fluid, disposed parallel to the engine (2) and the heat exchanger (7), linking the two circuits (3, 4), and comprising means for heating and means for degassing the heat transfer fluid contained in said heating and degassing device (10).
