Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a solution polymerized rubber/white carbon black composite material with molecular chain containing an epoxidized functional group. The solution polymerized rubber/white carbon black composite material is prepared by performing a chemical reaction of the epoxidized functional group and hydroxyl on the surface of white carbon black. The solution polymerized rubber/white carbon black composite material is prepared by performing the chemical reaction of the functional group and hydroxyl on the surface of white carbon black. The method provides high function group content of the solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber, can greatly reduce the agglomeration of a polymer in white carbon black, and reduce the phase separation of the polymer and white carbon black from a molecular level, at the same time, the strong interacting effect of white carbon black and a polymer matrix is enhanced, so that the comprehensive performance of the material is effectively improved. During the preparation method of the composite material, traditional heavy mixing equipment during rubber processing is not required, and high energy consumption and mixed reinforcing treatment are reduced.
本发明提供了一种分子链中含有环氧化官能团的溶聚丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料的制备方法,利用环氧官能团与白炭黑表面的羟基进行化学反应,制备溶聚丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料的方法,利用官能团与白炭黑表面的羟基进行化学反应,制备溶聚丁苯橡胶/白炭黑复合材料的方法,该方法使溶聚丁苯橡胶官能团含量较高,能较大地减弱白炭黑在聚合物中的团聚现象,并从分子水平减小聚合物与白炭黑的相分离,同时通过加强白炭黑与聚合物基体的强相互作用可以有效改善材料综合性能。不需要使用橡胶加工过程中传统笨重混炼设备,减少高耗能和耗时的混炼补强加工过程。
